Energy Saving Certificate is the document that reflects the energy performance of a building and placing it in an energy category (there are nine categories from A + to H). The energy certificates issued by the auditor that additional records and interventions are necessary to an improvement in building performance.

The energy certificate is required for the transfer or new lease of all buildings over a total area of 50 sqm, whether for residential or commercial use.
